Already during the analysis, we identify dangerous situations, required responses of the control system and points where the operator and maintenance need clear diagnostics. We determine the scope of safety based on the specific machine, documentation and applicable requirements.

The design may include emergency stop circuits, guard and position control, safety curtains, safety relays or controllers, status signaling and safe restart procedures. After commissioning, we provide the agreed documentation and train users.

Modernization of an existing machine or production line

First, we get to know the facts

Older installation often differs from available documentation. Before the quote, we verify controllers, input and output modules, communication networks, drives, safety devices and dependencies with higher-level systems. We also determine which parts must remain compatible and which components may be difficult to access.

On this basis, we determine whether it is appropriate to replace the selected element, migrate the control, or undergo a more extensive reconstruction. The client receives a division into necessary, recommended and possible elements that can be implemented in the next stage.

Commissioning planned around production

We prepare the order of work, copies of programs, off-site tests and a return to the previous state scenario. If the project allows, we perform some of the work before the planned stop. During commissioning, we verify sequences, alarms, communication and operator work.

After completion, we update the agreed documentation, provide copies and determine the method of subsequent support. This approach reduces the plant's dependence on the knowledge of one person and facilitates subsequent modernizations.
