SystemSmart, as general contractor, carried out a comprehensive project to modernise electrical and teletechnical installations at the Municipal Complex of Nursery Schools in Włocławek. The works were aimed at improving the safety, functionality and comfort of use of the building, providing modern and reliable technical solutions.
Scope of work carried out
Dismantling and modernisation of electrical installations
At the start of the project, we dismantled the old installations, preparing the site for new, modern systems. We then installed modern WZLs and switchgear, which are key to ensuring a safe and stable power supply to the building.
Lighting and socket installation
As part of the works, we carried out general lighting installations and the installation of plug sockets, which allows for efficient lighting of the space and access to power in every part of the building. In addition, we installed emergency and evacuation lighting, which is essential for safety in emergency situations.
Installation of teletechnical systems
Our company has also taken care of modern teletechnical installations, including:
- Dedicated plug socket installation – providing specialist power for selected appliances.
- Intercom installation – with modern uniphones to improve communication within the building.
- Category 6A computer installation – ensuring fast and stable network connections.
- Telephone installation – including PBX software to facilitate internal and external communication.
- Intruder alarm installation – integrated with software to enhance the security of the building.
- Provision and equipping of a server cabinet – essential for network systems management and data storage.
Construction work and measurements
In addition to the technical installations, we also carried out building repairs and painting of the premises, which helped to refresh and improve the aesthetics of the interiors.
On completion of all the work, we carried out detailed electrical measurements of the insulation resistance and LAN measurements. The results of these measurements were documented in a protocol, which confirms compliance with the applicable standards.
